Andres R. Guevara

Experience:
Andres has devoted his career to aggressively fighting for his client’s rights in court. Andres began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney with the prestigious Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in New York City. As a prosecutor, he tried numerous jury trials in all misdemeanor and felony matters including armed robberies, burglaries, sexual assaults, forgeries, and murder. In 1999, Andres moved to Colorado where he accepted a position as an Enforcement Attorney with the Denver Office of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. At the SEC, Andres investigated and litigated potential federal securities law violations and litigated in federal and administrative courts throughout the country.

Andres Guevara has handled all types of felony and misdemeanor matters from every stage of the proceedings, from trials to appeals. In each case, Mr. Guevara brings his extensive and proven trial experience, along with a pro-active approach, to protect his client’s rights.
