Amanda attended Auburn University, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in International Trade and German. While employed full-time, she obtained her Juris Doctor at the University of Tulsa College of Law, graduating with honors. Amanda has been licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado since 2004. She is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. She is fluent in German.
Amanda’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, commercial leasing and real estate, corporate formation, and landlord and tenant law. Her practice consists of both transactional and litigation matters. She has represented clients in the negotiation, documentation, and closing of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing transactions. She has extensive experience in the negotiation and enforcement of commercial leases for offices, shopping centers and industrial properties, brokerage listing agreements, and contracts relating to general business matters. Additionally, Amanda has represented clients in a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal court, including, without limitation, issues relating to creditor’s rights, commercial leasing, mechanic’s liens, and general contract disputes.
